Our team at Genusee is dedicated to making sure you absolutely love your new glasses. :nerd_face: Try them risk-free for 30 days. :sunglasses:  

Glasses must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unworn condition, unaltered & undamaged, and postmarked within 30 days of being received for a full refund.

Return shipping is free for returns within the US. We also offer return shipping for our international customers for a $30 restocking fee.

What if my return is late?

Returns postmarked outside of the 30 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit.

What if I want to exchange something for a different color, style, or reader magnification?

We are happy to offer a one-time, free of charge exchange within 30 days of delivery for each purchase of Genusee glasses to: 

-Exchange your non-prescription order for a different color combo

-Swap your prescription lenses to a different frame color

-Exchange your traditional or all-day-readers for a different magnification power

*Additional fees may apply for upgraded or prescription lens exchanges.

What if I want to return my prescription glasses?

Since we work closely with a local, family-owned optical lab and strive to continue to support sustainable jobs within our community, prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses with progressive lenses, upgraded lens types, and high-index lenses, are subject to the same return policies listed above, with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the amount of your refund. For those that may wish to purchase upgraded prescription glasses, we recommend our quick and easy to use Virtual Try On.

What if there's something wrong with my prescription?

If you believe your prescription is incorrect, send them back within 7-days of delivery to be redone. Additional fees may apply if we were provided incorrect prescription information.

When will I get my refund?

Once back in Genusee’s possession, returns are processed in 3-5 business days and may take an additional 3-5 business days to post to the original form of payment.

Do you offer a manufacturer warranty?

Our eyewear is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty for 180-days. If you believe your frame or lenses are suffering from a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assess them and replace your glasses at our discretion. Please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
