Non-Prescription & Readers 

Our team at Genusee is dedicated to making sure you absolutely love your new glasses. 🤓 Try them risk-free for 30 days. 😎  

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered & undamaged, and postmarked within 30 days of being received. Once back in Genusee’s possession, refunds are processed in 3-5 business days and may take an additional 3-5 business days to post to the original form of payment. 

Glasses returned within 30-days that are not in original packaging, or are altered/damaged, are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of purchase price that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please email contact@genusee.com with your order number to initiate a return and we will send a prepaid return label to print and attach to the original packaging.

Since we work closely with a local, family-owned optical lab and strive to continue to support sustainable jobs within our community, prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses with progressive lenses, upgraded lens types, and high-index lenses, are subject to the same return policies listed above, with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the amount of your refund. 

For those that may wish to purchase upgraded prescription glasses, we recommend our quick and easy to use Virtual Try On.

If you believe your prescription is incorrect, send them back within 7-days of delivery to be redone. Additional fees may apply.  



Exchanges

Not quite the color you were expecting? Need a different reader magnification? We are happy to offer a one-time, free of charge exchange within 30 days of delivery for each purchase of Genusee glasses to: 

-Exchange your non-prescription order for a different color combo
-Swap your prescription lenses to a different frame color
-Exchange your traditional or all-day-readers for a different magnification power

Additional fees may apply for upgraded or prescription lens exchanges.

Manufacturer Warranty 

Our eyewear is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty for 180-days. If you believe your frame or lenses are suffering from a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assess them and replace your glasses at our discretion.
