Do you offer free shipping in the US?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the continental US.


How long does it take to get my non-prescription order?

If you are ordering an in stock item most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Flint, MI headquarters Monday thru Friday. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will ship first thing Monday. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate you will receive your order in 3-8 business days. If you live within the Michigan area, your order will most likely arrive sooner!


How long does it take to get my prescription glasses?

Once we have received all of your necessary prescription information please allow 3-5 business days for the optical lab to complete your lenses. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate you will receive your order in 3-8 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
You can also select upgraded shipping options at checkout. For rush orders please email contact@genusee.com


Please note that we only ship and deliver expedited options on weekdays and our cutoff for same-day shipping is 12:30pm EST.


Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, and you can select your desired shipping options at checkout.


Please note, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note, there is a $30 restocking fee for international order returns.
